I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with James. He worked quickly, explained what was going on, and answered all of my questions. He was able to inspect and repair within the same day, and my car is running smoothly now. I'm really glad I chose YourMechanic, and I'm pretty sure I cut costs by using them over a repair shop, which I first took my car to get checked.

Richard was a great help. Not only did he figure out the issue for my car, he also explained why my car was acting the way it is. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to replace the part that was causing the issue (it wasn’t on his work order) but he was still very informative, insightful, and overall a huge help in helping me to understand what was going on and how everything was working. I would definitely recommend his service and request his assistance again in the future.
