2014 BMW ActiveHybrid 7 120,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris was great but could not do the work. Your Mechanic should never booked the appointment. I spoke to a rep for assistance with the booking. Chris couldn't do the work. I have asked for my money refunded or at least since I received no service. I called and spoke with another representative and he said I would not get a refund. That is unfair. I would call on Chris again but I am very disappointed the company sent him out when they knew he couldn't do the work. Chris gets a 10 but your company is getting a zero, Jennifer Reed

Theodore was a great help. He was able to diagnose my issue within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the issue was not something that he could resolve, as it ended up being an issue with the tire itself. He recommended that I go back to the shop where I purchased my tires to have the issue resolved. He's very friendly and professional.
