This is my first time using "Your Mechanic" and I am very happy with the service that Russ did! He was able to figure out why my windshield wipers weren't working and went above and beyond to get them repaired in the same day. Thank you for providing such great mechanics!
Simon called the night before the appointment to find out exactly what was going on so that he could do any necessary research before hand. When he arrived he was professional did not talk down to me (being a female) and gave very good explanation of what he was doing and what he found. I will request Simon for any future service and would highly recomend him for anyone needing service.
