Dominic was great! Very professional. He went over everything with me upfront and was able to find the underlying problem before I had an even bigger problem to deal with. I will definitely be using him again. He comes straight to your location which is a huge plus!!
After showing up 2 hours late.. he manage to do the 5 hour job in 2 hours.. took my car on a test drive for 2 hours .. said he broke down on side of the road ..came back told me i need a starter.. handed me broke part and said a timing chain too.. i asked him for a quote he went to car i stood there30 mins before he got out his wife car hop in his car and left... no bye no this what I'm gonna charge you and no quote .. ( which came via email 2days later..) they charged me for a 5hr job left my truck in garage broke down.. i called the company they said someone will call and handle my claim . No call yet.. So I tow my vehicle to a shop and told me my engine locked up.. $$$ 12000 for a new engine was the new quote from new shop .. he misdiagnosed my vehicle from start the part he took off still work.. now I call they don't answer or return my calls.. I will b pursuing this w my lawyer...
