Awesome Experience! Michael did such a great Job, I recommend him for anything. Definitely will be using him again if anymore issues arise with my car. He was professional and showed compassion for his work.
I wasn't able to be present for the work; however my wife and daughter interacted with Jerimiah. Let me begin by stating she was skeptical of the entire process prior to service. Apparently Jerimiah arrived was very professional, identified all of the problems and corrective actions. I called to see how things were going and my wife was extremely happy with the repair service and has gone from skeptical to highly recommend! Thank you!
He called to show up early, did the bare minimum and ran off as fast as possible. I wouldn't recommend. I did all the work jacking the car up, removing the wheel and panels, airbox, saving him all of the work. He put on two parts and literally ran out as fast as possible, never even addressing the fact that the vehicle wasn't put back together. And I have record of the time stamps when he arrived and left, less than 30 min. The Napa battery delivery boy who brought out a battery did more work for free than Duane.
