The order was for "Replacement of Windshield Washer Tubes", estimated by “Your Mechanic” as $148 Credit card was requested when setting the appointment, to be not charged prior until service provided. The mechanic arrived on time, spent with the car about 20 minutes and reported that he’s done for today. On my question if the washer fluid is reaching the windshield, he said that he does not have the tube (strange, since the order specified the model and make of the car), so he will order it from a dealer expecting to receive on Monday. And, better prepared, will return on Tuesday to do the work On Monday afternoon I have discovered from my e-mail that my card was charge $89.99 for “inspection” and the appointment is marked as “complete”. I called the office but conversation was not constructive; the employee hung up the phone
