Son made me a believer in Yes mechanic again! First experience was not good! Son came out to verify initial job and I requested him for this job and I’m glad I did!!!
I have had a horrible experience with your mechanic this go round. Horrible. After brake work, a filter and spark plugs changed I went to drive to a doctor's appointment and all these indicator lights come on. I try to reach out to the mechanic and customer service and they handled things so badly. Mechanic kept telling me to text him pictures and I did multiple times...now I realize it was an app that probably can't even receive pictures. I have work tomorrow but they're telling me it'll be days before someone can come out and look at my car. Days! Things happen but the way they handled the misstep has left me so frustrated...which is crazy because the whole point of this is supposed to be convenience. So now I'm out a missed appointment fee for my doctor's appointment, and a day's work and I'm going to have to go up the street tomorrow and pay someone else to look at my car. I am so mad I could spit nails. They should have a better resolution plan in place. I no longer recommend
