would have been a 10 but he had to reschedule appointment due to incorrect parts given him from an appointment previous to mine and thus had to cancel mine.
Excellent mechanic, very knolwedgeable and professional. He replaced my brake pad in a very efficient manner and was very dexterous! U strongly recommend Dellanos!
