Andrew was prompt ( early, even, but not too early), and got right to work on my car. I would happily have him return for further work on the vehicle in the future.
This is the 2nd time Andrew’s worked on my car. He’s on time and works quickly! He changed out both sets of brake pads and inspected my car to give me other recommendations for what should/could be done soon. He’s very knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions I had.
Andrew was so fast with replacing my brake pads and headlight bulbs (approx 20 minutes). When I booked my appointment, they said allow for 2.5 hours for the job. I was able to start work earlier than I anticipated. Plus Andrew performed a 50 point inspection and provided recommendations. Andrew is now my go to mechanic!
This was the 4th time I have used Russell G. for work on my vehicles. Russell is a 5 star, (would like to give him 10 stars) mechanic that double checks his work to make sure everything is correct. He keeps the area clean and keeps you informed of any possible future problems. I would recommend his services to everyone. Russell pointed out during this service that my alternator may be going bad. I had the battery and alternator checked at the auto parts. The alternator is bad and I have Russell scheduled to install a new one.
