Richard was very professional. Called asap when traffic help him up. Introduced himself & what he was working on today. Had all the correct parts with him. Explained that I "really" needed oil or I could have a serious issue. There was "Nothing" to clean up when he was finished. And we rode together to the test ride at the end. I did NOT GET JERKED AROUND. Ask for Richard to be your Service Mechanic, he's a Blessing..
He did not change the rotors he said they were fine, but i was still charged. I had to call the company and they issued a refund. I had an appointment on Sat 10/7 for my car, brakes and oil change and he never showed up or called me back. I even called the company and they said they could not get a hold of him.
