Chris was more than helpful. Came just on time, and answered all my questions. Some of the best customer service I have ever had and will be my go to person when ever my car has any issue. Just an overall excellent experience.
Weather- Raining and Thunderstorming Being a first time customer to yourmechanic, I was nervous for my first appointment. Normally, I would have gone to the shop and waited for the work was completed. I found this site and thought the concept is nice and convenient especially how I can use the extra 45 minutes to do things I needed to get done at home instead of waiting at the shop. Tomas still arrived despite the horrible weather. He came early at 10:00 AM and promptly started completing the work of changing 4 rotors and break pads by 10:45 AM. He was friendly and professional.
