Extremely pleasant and courteous. When there was an issue with my card, he immediately rebooked the appointment. He showed up early and was done quickly. He even did the job cheaper than the original quote which was cheaper than taking it to a shop by $50. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great, honest mechanic!
