Rigoberto was very polite, explained everything in as much detail as I wanted, prompt and clean.

Vlad was very professional and communicated clearly what the issues were and how he would fix them. He ran into some snags, but resolved them successfully and completed the repairs quite well. I plan to use Vlad again in the future.
