My trunk latch wouldn't work and a new part was installed but still didn't work. Pete checked a few things and it is now working. I think both mechanics did a good job and we got the problem resolvedl
This was my first time using YourMechanic and I was very satisfied. I found the quote quite reasonable. Dave was able to fix my issue on the spot within a half hour without having to order a part. He also recommended where I can find cheap parts. Since I didn't have to order a part I was given credit back to my account! I was very pleased :)
Mechanic were professional and courtoues. But wasn't able to open the trunk of the vehicle.
