Chad has gone above what was expected, and despite a support staff that really needs improvement Chad is great.
He was on time, which is very important to me., he was personable and seemed to enjoy what he's doing.
Really great experience. Got to see why he suggested replacing certain suspension components. I'm not used to that option when getting my car repaired.
