I was charged 90 for a diagnosis’s that was never done he said the problem was the battery but I just ran a test on that battery and it has full help this company is a rip off

I was totally exasperated and disappointed at the interaction, engagement and service provided by Christopher. First, upon stepping in my garage, he began snapping photos without educating me as to why he was taking pictures. I was not looking for a photoshoot but for someone to mechanically provide services to my car. While I later learned this is a part of the process, it should have been communicated in an elucidating manner. While taking photos, he asked for the VIN number of my vehicle and later took a call that lasted a while with his manager. He came back to my vehicle, placed another phone on a call as if he was recording me without my consent and began talking into his phone to share an update on his founding's. All of what could have been done AFTER he left. He then walked to the back of my vehicle and saw the battery cable was not tightened and then identified the top of the T-bolt was broken and immediately concluded this is the issue. He then spent more time talking about how the cable could be replaced in the trunk of throughout the car. To me, it was a complete waste of my time.
