Jacob was terrific! He was the most thorough and communicative mechanic I've ever met. Took the time to really diagnose and found and addressed several smaller issues also. Also noted, quoted and prioritized additional recommended work to help keep my older car going for the next few years. Very patient, polite and clearly a skilled professional. Highly recommend!
