Please note that this rating is NOT directed at Chris. Chris was professional, showed up on time, identified that the last mechanic (from yourmechanic) had failed to do a proper job of installing the brake pads: Let the brake fluid bleed out and did not check levels- running the system low. He explained that he performed a brake system flush due to how low the previous mechanic had let the fluid go and verified that I had no leaks that would have caused this- further verifying that the previous mechanic had done a poor job. Almost a full 30 days AFTER my WARRANTY appt my card was charged $26.25 without my authorization. I called in and wanted to find out why and didn't get a good explanation from the customer service person on the phone. They indicated that they would be sending their notes back to the warranty department to have them call me to explain the charge. This was on 9/8/17. I have not heard back from the warranty dept at Yourmechanic and I have not received a refund. I will be posting poor review on all websites due to this lack of customer service and unapproved charges on my card. Customer should not be charged for a poor job of repairing a simple problem. T.
