If I could give zero star I would. Horrible, I watched David do a horrible job changing my "oil" and "filter". The method was unsafe for both him and my car... and dishonest. David was very unprofessional, everything about him was unprofessional. David arrive late (30mins), appointment was at 7:00am, arrived at 7:30am. Yourmechanic estimated a quote $45 for labor + $57.30 for "parts" - oil change parts discount $32.31 = 69.99 + tax on "parts" $3.80= a total of $73.79? I am charge for a service that wasn't done right at all. David did not bring any oil filter, did not bring any oil drain plug gasket, did not bring any synthetic oil, neither did he use the right engine oil for my car. I had to go to AutoZone my self and change the oil filter... a "filter" that I already paid for using Yourmechanic, I am so disappointed, shameful. David left the old dirty oil filter in the car after the awful oil change. Everything was rushed. I am charged way too much for a crappy service. Last time I used your mechanic the mechanic charge me way too much for a 5min battery replacement, $75.00 for labor, really? now I got a new quote to replace my windshield by David for $129.72 you have got to be kidding me, seriously? I wanted to give this company another try, but I will never use them ever again, last time... all those good reviews are fake, very suspicious.
