Verniel provided outstanding work and it is clearly evident that he cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I was extremely impressed by the meticulous nature of his work. I enjoyed how he described every step of the repair process after I mentioned I performed minor self-repairs on my car in the past. Further, Verniel arrived on time and communication was outstanding.
