I needed my windshield wiper motor replaced. He (as well as the previous mechanic) needed a specific tool to remove my wipers. The 1st mechanic decided to quit trying to force it off. Dan decided to use as much force as possible & snapped my wiper arm. I appreciate the effort but he broke my property. Then when I asked Your Mechanic to replace the arm Dan broke, they said they dont cover parts like that AND "the part was seized on" so they will not cover the cost of repair because "it was going to break anyway." So I have to pay for my property to be broken & still never got the initial problem handled. After all of that was said, theirsolution qas to charge me for replacement parts & labor to which Dan would be the mechanic scheduled once again to come back out for the repair... this time with the proper tool to remove my "seized on wiper arm." If the part was needed initially to take it off, why the heck should I be paying for a new problem he created? I'll have to be in a very dire situation to consider dealing with a company so petty. I appreciated the services the few time I used them before, but this was terrible customer service this time around.
