Jeffrey is great. He showed up on time, confirmed my diagnosis of a leaking water pump, and began working right away. He answered all of my questions, in a professional, and courteous manner. Many people are nervous about using an auto technician they do not know. I would recommend him as my experience is that he is knowledgeable, honest, proficient and kind. John
