James arrived on time, and was able to perform the job without any complications. Also, he was able to complete the job earlier then the time I had expected for him to finish, it was impressive. In the end, he informed me everything had been replaced and showed me the old parts then told me to keep my previous serpentine belt because it was in good condition and made in the USA! Honestly I had my reservations about using this platform, but now I am convinced this is the best way to save money and still have outstanding work done on my Honda Civic by a great experienced professional, thank you James. I will book all my future vehicle maintenance needs with James and I highly recommend you book him for your car needs.
