He arrived promptly, swapped out more bulbs than he had promised to do and put everything back together perfectly. Very professional job at a decent price and very convenient.
James was easy to work with. The whole process was a breeze.
Replaced the turn signal bulb, but the entire tail light didn't work the next morning. After being told he would come back to check it and talking to him about a follow up, I never heard from him again and was told by the company to file a warranty claim. The issue may have had nothing to do with what Alex repaired and could have been a total coincidence, but I was disappointed with the communication and being told he would come back then not hearing anything further.
