Frank is the man. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic. This was my first experience using YourMechanic, and I was a tiny bit skeptical that a mobile mechanic could service my coupe at my workplace. And this was a pretty big repair too. But I couldn't be happier and now I'm a believer in this type of service. I had to get my timing belt/serpentine belt/water pump/tires rotated/synthetic oil changed. I asked for quotes from 3 shops around me from a small privately owned shop to a national chain and I was given a $850-1500 price range. I was billed $670 by YourMechanic. As far as the service, Frank was on time, got the job done in less time then was quoted (3 hours vs 4.5 hours), and made the whole process stress free. He called me after the work was done, I let him finish up the paper work on the app, I signed on his phone to say he did the work I wanted, and I got the keys back and went back to work at my job. Couldn't believe how awesome and smooth the whole service was. If you get Frank, you're in great hands. You da man Frank!
