Emmette was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely use the service again and specifically request his expertise. He completed the job very well and on time.
I initially had Eugenio coming to my apartment complex to complete a timing belt service. When Eugenio arrived, we discovered his truck would not fit in the underground garage! Eugenio tried to arrange a different location to perform the service but we were unable to secure a secondary location. I rescheduled the appointment two weeks later with Eugenio at a friend's house. The service was prompt and Eugenio provided a wealth of information (and pictures!) on what was done and what was needed. Seriously, an -awesome- experience!! But YourMechanic should be aware of Mechanic Truck size in the city and servicing apartment areas.
