Phil is an excellent mechanic. He took his time and informed me of every steps of his progress. I would highly recommend him.
Robert was very professional and efficient. However the diagnostic from the previous technicians was so wrong. They performed the wrong service and Robert proved that. I am not happy with the service and need to have the proper work done and a refund for the misdiagnosis. I need my car repaired properly. I feel cheated and disrespected.
I've dealt with many mechanics in my life and by far Robert is the most knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy that I've ever dealt with. He not only did the work well and at a super price but he stood behind his work like no other. When something unexpected prevented Robert from finishing the work, as promised, he kept coming back until he finished the job to my satisfaction and at no extra cost to me.
