Jay is an incredible mechanic who demonstrates what it means to be a great service professional. His vast knowledge allows him to easily assess and recommend a solution to a problem. Jay is forthright in character, and a pleasure to have around. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.
I had Rocco out today to replace the timing belt and water pump on my 1999 Accord. He performed the service while I watched and asked questions as if he had done it a hundred times. He had all the right tools and was very clean about his work. The job was done in my driveway and when he left, it was as if he had never been there. While doing the work, he is inspecting everything he sees and will quickly point out anything that may be a future problem. He noticed the upper radiator hose wearing at the pressure clamp where the hose connects to the motor block and suggested I replace it soon. He also recommended changing the valve cover gasket since there was a little seepage and the seal was now broke and likely to leak. He called and had the part placed on hold and I picked it up while he kept working. He installed the new gasket so I no longer have to worry about a leak. Rocco is very profession and personable. Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable and will give you an honest opinion. I will definitely request his service again.
