Arrived promptly. Very knowledgeable. Completed work in a timely manner. Made recommendations for service & maintenance.
He was very nice, but cancelled on me the first night for an emergency which was disappointing but understandable. Then he was late the next day(said he'd be there by 8:30 but didn't get there til a couple hours later), performed work on my vehicle to which I got no updates on even after reaching out to him. Finally at the end of the day, I call and he tells me he is done. After he finished, my report said my check engine light came on, so I mentioned to him that it wasn't on before so he said he'd go back and check....texted him a few times asking if he found the problem, but no response. Finally I get home and check my car, and the check engine light is NOT on. So he fixed my car, hopefully well, but his communication is poor. I'd probably just go to a mechanic in the future after all this.
