I did significant research prior to deciding to use YourMechanic. I'm glad I decided to give it a try v having our vehicle fixed at a traditional repair shop. Pricing is competitive, but the service is exceptional. Brian was great - candid, knowledgeable, personable....and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that!
Event: confirmed an appointment with me, arrived, interviewed about the car, performed the repair, provided feedback with opinions on the car's health. 1. Extremely easy to communicate. 2. No sales, pure repair and diagnosis for signs of additional problems. 3. No surprises, such as non-working online payment with inquiry for cash payment. 4. Keeps workspace organized for neighbors and leaves without a trace.
