I think Kiri is the best! He called me to let me know he was going to be late which I appreciated, and when he got to my house we spoke briefly and then he got right to work. The work was done quickly and he even tested drove the car to make sure everything was ok, which it was. I will use Kiri(if possible)in the future for all of my repairs.
If I could give Kyle a 100 score I would. I was skeptical about the yourmechanic service itself but Kyle changed that. He first drove out of his way to get my starter at a different autozone, a good 20 minutes out. Then when he showed up he switched the starter itself in 30 minutes flat. When the car only started intermittently he then took an additional 2+ hours to diagnose the problem until he figured it out. He could have left and rescheduled me for another day but he took into consideration that i really needed my car. He really went above and beyond and he did this even while he and his family were dealing with their own problems. That says more about him than my words ever could. Thank you Kyle and thank you Your Mechanic.
