Vladimir was on time and ready to go. There was one bolt that just couldn't be broken and Vladimir was able to get the starter off with no problem. Took Vladimir about 20 minutes to change the starter. Come to find out the starter was the original factory installed unit. Again my thanks!
Alex was very professional and helpful with a plethora of experience. My vehicle would not start and all my research indicated it was the starter. Alex did every test first to ensure it was not another issue with the vehicle. After determining it was indeed the starter and completed the job in a neat and orderly fashion. I had the pleasure of being able to speak with him about his experiencing operating a shop in the bay area and learning all his additional experience. I highly recommend Alex for your service work and will utilize him for future service work. Thank you Alex.
I very much appreciated Phillip's work and attitude. My only unhappiness with Phillip was that the quote for the work was greater then the one given. I understand the reason for this and probably would not have minded about the increase had I been advised that was going to happen. For his work and attitude i was very happy.
