Tabitha is everything you want in a mechanic. She texted me when the part came in and was right on schedule. She is courteous, professional, friendly, reliable etc. etc. She completed the starter replacement in under an hour and gave me a few good recommendations for future use. Thank you!
Tabitha is everything you want in a mechanic. She was on time and professional. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She replaced a defective starter that she previously installed last week. She saw my note on the non-start engine and took the initiative to get another starter on her way to the appointment. Her hunch was correct that the previous starter was defective and installed the new one in under an hour! Great job!
