Showed up on time and completed the work without an issues. Even diagnosed root cause of issue, but required work was not possible without taking the car to a shop.
Claudia was great. He let me know that he would be available earlier than the appointed time at my convenience and he was there. He diagnosed my vehicle and replaced the starter. Now all is well. He was personable, knowledgeable and quick.
