would have been a 10 but he had to reschedule appointment due to incorrect parts given him from an appointment previous to mine and thus had to cancel mine.
Echoing others, he's very friendly and would explain things in plain English and would answer any question. Like others, I'm planning to book this gentleman again in future for any follow-ups.
Great service
Before our appointment Charles got in touch with me to discuss what my car needed. On the day of, he arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. He got my oil changed, tires rotated, and spark plugs replaced in a timely manner, and after he was done, he was very helpful in explaining the results of his inspection and what maintenance I will need in the future. I will definitely be contacting him with those maintenance needs when they arise. Side note - I took a four hour road trip the next day and my car ran wonderfully!
