Friendly, fast, and efficient. He didn’t seem to mind me being a hover craft and asking questions
Patrick was a nice young man and worked very quickly. I appreciated that he let me look at the old parts and took time to explain the next repair that my car will need (valve cover gaskets) and reassured me that the car will be fine until I am able to call out for service again.
