Extremely satisfied! Knowledgable, thorough, professional but yet down to earth! Made the experience that much easier and took the time to explain everything that was done and what I could use in the future to keep me on the road. Highly recommend!!
Carlos showed up on time and performed the work as expected. He worked diligently and replaced both the serpentine belt and spark plugs in an about an hour. I have been worried about maintenance ever since Suzuki left the North American car market, but after Carlos showed up and did the work as requested to my satisfaction, and pointed out a few things that need to be done. I was pleased with this work he did on my car and plan to have him help me out with future maintenance needs.
10/31/2015- actually showed up early with no Spark Plug Gap Gauge to change plugs?, no Anti-Seize for aluminum heads, no dialectic grease for coil on system ?. I bought my own. high quality Pulstar plugs. They accept no responsibility for "labor provided by them (Independent contractors) All they supply is labor. I will find their liability insurer & share it later
