John was explanatory, professional, and capable and puts you at ease, that you have a "Good Mechanic" right here in my driveway.
Came on his day off to help and is incredibly flexible with scheduling.
Raul is amazing! My car gave him so much trouble and he kept coming back day-after-day-after-day to make sure it was up and running for me.
