Joe was very nice. He made sure to call and tell me that there was a little bit of a delay and asked if I still wanted to keep the appointment. He made sure everything was running fine before he left and let us know what else he thought needed to be done soon. He was great, will definitely use him again!
He sees other things that I missed and is good at what he does. He answers questions I trust what he says.
