Jordan was a delightful and professional mechanic! I knew that replacing the ignition switch in the Acura was going to be a chore, but Jordan got right down to business and got the job done! I couldn't be more pleased with Jordan and the Your Mechanic program. I'll be using Your Mechanic and Jordan again!
Jose was very punctual and completed in a timely manner. He was very thorough and explained any problems he found. He didn't make me feel pressured to get the service but I felt assured he was being honest in his recommendation. I need a couple of other things done and will be requesting Jose when I make a appointment.
Honestly it's my first time ever heard of mobile car repair. I was skeptical at first about this whole ordeal, but I tried it out anyway. I'm glad that I did! The company assigned Theodore as my local mechanic to fix my inigtion switch. He's friendly, genuine, and professional. He got the job done and I'm confident in his work. Not only that the cost is cheaper than most places. I would totally use him again. Finding a right mechanic that you can trust and get the job done right is utmost crucial. I would recommend Theodore as your next mechanic! Theodore you are an awesome mechanic!
