Mr. Cool arrived on time to service my vehicle and gave me an estimate on all he would evaluate and time it might take to service my vehicle. Not shortly afterwards, I received a phone text and call letting me know my vehicle was ready. He provided detailed recommendations on other services needed, explanations (by visually pointed out other concerns and timeliness of needed repair) and deducted unescessary repairs off my quote and final receipt. I would definitely recommend his service to other potential clients and seek his expertise for possible future repairs.
