Got the alternator changed on my Scion in great timing, he was professional and very informative with advice on my car to maintain it properly. Very pleased with the experience, will definitely recommend his business to those in search for a mechanic.
I was in major need of a mechanic. I did some research and found Your Mechanic on Yelp. I was very sceptic about booking a mechanic through a website not knowing anything about them but I took a risk and did it. I do not regret it one bit. I received an email right after I booked it confirming my appt. I received a call the day of that there was an increase on the part I ordered which was cool. I liked how they let you know before the mechanic even came to my house and not have it be a surprise after it's been fixed. Godwin was such a nice person he explained everything to me. I did not feel uncomfortable at all or iffy. He keept me updated from him calling 2 hours in advance to confirm and to ask if he can come a little earlier then scheduled. He fixed my alternator really fast I was amazed. I'm glad I booked Your Mechanic since it was very convenient that they come to you especially since my car wouldn't start. It avoided me an extra fee of towing my car to the shop. I will defiantly use them again. 😀
