Joseph was friendly, fast, and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. If I need a mechanic again I will definitely book him.
Professional and courteous mechanic. Which is rare. While he didnt arrive on time according to his appointment, he let me know well before he was delayed.
Came. Got the keys. Confirmed and Fixed the problem (replaced alternator). Checked out the truck. Left a few recommendations or things to look at. Did it pretty quickly and neatly.
Joaquin was great. He weathered the Texas heat to fix my alternator as fast as possible. It was a tight fit in my Acura and he had the proper tools to get in and out. He even made sure that I had diagnosed the problem correctly.
