Great service. First time using this website and I was very impressed.
Abdul was on time (actually a little early). He quickly understood what I was already able to perform on my wheel bearing replacement and what I wasn't able to complete. Within a very short time frame, he replaced the wheel bearing, put the car back together, cleaned up after himself and let me test drive it. Car is running fantastically again. All for much MUCH less than the dealership or a local garage. THANK YOU ABDUL!!
Little background on myself: I'm a 20-something female who drives high milage Nissans. Your Mechanic told me the mechanic that they had scheduled could not make it, so Omari to the rescue...which means that he had about 4 hours notice before the appointment. I usually have to weed out mechanics who think that I don't know what I'm talking about when my car acts up. Omari didn't give me any hassle whatsoever when I handed him a part that I bought, didn't try to convince me that it wouldn't work. Some mechanics tell and don't show when explaining problems to women. Omari is good in that he went over the problems like most mechanics will if they are talking it over with a guy...he will do some showing, some explaining, and some answer-that-annoying-question-ing. After fixing the problem, he stuck around for me to do a test drive and to help me wait for the Your Mechanic resolution center (alas, they are a bit slower than he is). I would definately ask for him again :)
