DO NOT LET THIS GUY WORK ON YOUR CAR. For starters it took a 8 hours for a 2 hour job that the website said it would take. He actually made the car drive and sound worse. The car feels worse especially at lower speeds. I would say it feels like I'm running over a pile of cardboard boxes when I'm driving slow. This wasn't an issue prior to the work done. My wife and I weren't going to leave a bad review just because we know how it can be sometimes but once we drove the car and felt and heard it and notice how it was worse than before we felt like we needed too. We had errands to run today and this guy was here from 8:50 to 4:00. On my day off. He left to go somewhere to take off a part and that alone took 35/40 mins. It was just a mess. He states that he think he broke the new bearing he calls his friend to help but all of a sudden he seems to have it in place and at this point I’m very concerned, even more than I was before. He also stated that this job wasn’t meant for it to be done like this blaming it on the fact that he’s a mobile mechanic and his new tools he bought didn’t turn out good. And we don't have money to waste on a job that didn't even fix our car. Very upset and would like to be compensated immediately
