Albert was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
Marko arrived on time and also advised us of a secondary issue which did increase the cost of the parts, but did prevent additional labor costs. Thanks! Also, there was an inadvertent problem caused as a result of this repair, but Marko and Your Mechanic personnel are resolving it.
Marko confirmed that the cause for the inoperable wipers was due to a prior repair, and he also resolved an issue created by the previous YourMechanic mechanic, Dan, where he did not reinstall a fuse in the correct position. Unfortunately, 5 days later I'm still waiting to hear back from YourMechanic's warranty staff regarding the final resolution on this problem. My wife's car needs a new wiper relay which was fried as a result of the prior repair. Still waiting...
In all fairness to Dan, he did inform me that he was not a BMW expert upon arrival, but he did reach out to someone else who has experience with this make. This service was needed as a result of a problem created by a prior service appointment with a different mechanic. After the diagnosis was completed by Dan, he informed me that my window wiper motor was most likely the cause. I scrambled to get one, but then discovered the issue was a damaged wiring harness caused by the previous repair.
