The beginning was disappointed but not David’s fault but was very nice and did the job within 30 minutes.
Abdul was AWESOME. He got to my home right on time (little early, actually 😊), he immediately worked with me, and got my 2nd appt (also scheduled for today, at the same residence) bumped up, allowing him to service both vehicles, back to back (which saved me even MORE time, and eliminated another worry/hassle from my already full plate)-something the customer service rep couldn't/wouldn’t do for me, when I called the 800# earlier in the day, requesting the same thing. Abdul was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and he really DID go above and beyond for me, in his striving to give the best experience possible-he even SWEPT UP THE DEBRIS left by the dirty air filter from my garage countertop! (and made sure to dispose of it too)!! I (already have, actually) will definitely recommend Your Mechanic (and Abdul personally) to friends and family , and be using them again. Slow clap, Abdul, slow clap-I am one very happy customer.
I was told in the description of the quote the bend in the right rear control arm would be documented as caused by the wreck so that I'd be able to get it paid for by insurance but it wasn't included in the actual report. Other than that, great guy and a great help
