I really enjoyed working with Jose. My job was fairly difficult, but he stuck with it and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him.
Jerry arrived promptly and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. During his initial inspection, we learned that the vehicle did not need an alternator to be replaced (as we had previously expected). Rather, Jerry was able to secure the battery cables, which had loosened over time, causing the battery not to collect a charge. Jerry proceeded to fix the issue. His honesty and integrity in this matter saved us a couple hundred dollars (including the cost of an alternator plus the labor to replace it).
My First time using "YourMechanic" and I was not sure what to expect. I was more than satisfied with the experience. I had a serious issue with my 2006 Mazda tribute, but didn't know how serious. The car is not safe to drive and I was looking at Nearly $100 Rnd trip to get it to a mechanic at a shop to be diagnosed. Then i was concerned about being a hostage to that shop. Dwight was incredible...knowledgeable (extremely), personable, professional...all the superlatives. The bottom line was that my car needs a new engine, which is not within the scope of the work "YourMechanic" does. No worries, Dwight made some recommendations and offered to look into some reputable shops that do this type of work. It wasn't good news by any means, but it was credible and not as bad as I had feared. Great job Dwight! It was a pleasure meeting you today.
