Mechanic provided wrong part for my car and installed them completely wrong on my 2009 Audi A4. He caused even more damage to my car. My car was pouring out oil all over the ground, to where you could hear it flushing out. My car was not doing this prior to his repairs. He was suppose to repair spark plugs, ignition coils, valve cover gasket, oil filter and oil. Everything he repaired was faulty.I contacted customer service and they wanted to keep sending people out to diagnosis the repairs he did. I ended up getting my car towed to a German car specialist shop. I had to pay for a diagnosis on my car. They stated that the repairs Dan completed were faulty and incorrect. He installed Honda parts on my car. Everyone knows that's a NO NO!!!! You can use Volvo parts on Audi. So I definitely contacted customer service. They have been giving me the run around about my refund. But I definitely contacted my bank and the better business bureau. I do not recommend this company or mechanic. They do not honor their word or even go by their warranty. They just want to take your money for shabby repairs.
