What should have been a simple brake shoe replacement turned into FIVE HOURS. The majority of which he stood around staring at the car waiting on his service company to answer. He broke our brake cylinder but wouldn't admit it so after we went to AutoZone ourselves and he replaced it they are now charging me twice what my original quote was. Why do I have to pay for all the time he spent doing nothing???
